Here's where I, KAIS will face the ranking and determine how this list stands before my wisdom, fairness and logic. Of course , if I am not familiar with someone you , in the audience, shall help me out or explain the appeal to me .

Is easily the best "henchman" type villain this list has and has quite the different roles depending with who he interacts. And I will point out that during the Holguin/Medina Era, the Clown's story was hands down my favorite. Also the first smartass who complains about the 90's when I discuss comics gets bitchslapped,capice?

Just a poor guy with an overgrown jaw that accepted to take the fall for a bribe. I 've seen him in a casino, the bug does not even know what to do with all his cash !

Much as I fucking Love Eddie, there are 4 Spidey baddies in this list that I'd definitely put above him but credit's where it's due , Venom is easily the fucking FUNNIEST Spider-man villain. His BS motivations (which make him more realistic than you think), his sociopathic delusions , his self-righteous hypocrisy and his sense of humor definitely cement that distinction.

OK. If you think about it , this dude's plan is kind of shit. I don't think in all logic that exploding a gigantic brainsquid vagina all over New York will lead humanity to peace. Why ? Humanity just does not fucking work like that and NO, you won't understand LIFE after smoking weed and swinging pipe on a mountain.

And Fuck whatever BS idea Ellis pulled to put him as leader of the Thunderbolts (sooo edgy... Fucking spare me !). Oh, he killed Gwen Stacy ? Carnage, before even getting his symbiote, killed his own girlfriend by pushing her in front of a bus and you don't hear him bragging about it. Doc Ock killed Gwen's dad as if it were Tuesday and went on with his life.
And don't get me started on the people who think that having Gwen retroactively being porked by Normie-boy here made her a more complex character and him a much more insidious threat. YES, this is the argument they use and yes Post-natal abortion should be applied no matter the age (better late than never I always say).

Easily THE best character in Daredevil. Loved this guy since the Spider-man cartoon and the comics version is no exception.

Love the guy, but the aforementioned Avengers villains are juicier baddies.

I have no problem even though he's only my 8th favorite Bat-villain.

The God of Trolling ! Definitely up there for his DCAU incarnation as well as his delicious tricks. Great DS is ronically one facetious mofo and for that he remains my favorite New Gods character.

4. Lex Luthor
Since we go for the Kingpin-inspired Luthor, he definitely deserves his place. Though unlike Wilson, Lex is way too fucking petty to step back and really think his shit through. Which what makes him fucking compelling.

3. Doctor Doom

And since I'll get to the F4, I'll say this out loud : I never bought Doom's "noble" disposition considering that he's one of the pettiest and most vindictive bastards in all comics.

Once again,It depends what we're talking about here. If it's the DCAU or the one from the O'Neil era and the Trio of Moench/Dixon/Grant versions _ Jokers that LOVE being evil , act purely out for fun, ego and consider crime an art performance _ Sign me the fuck up son, I 'd give him the 1st place on a platinum plate ! The Romero one ? He ranks pretty high as well! But since I am ready to bet my testicles that they're talking about the one from TKJ or that garbage run... well, off it pisses me.


1. Magneto

Yeah of course. Why is that again ? The layers ? The depth ? The fact that "he could be right" ? PFAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA !
Okay , here's a little crash course as to why I don't think that Mags deserves this place, neither on this list, nor on an X-men top villains one.

While I personally do respect what Claremont did with his character and I do love the fact that he led to the creation of the acolytes, I've honestly felt that he was absolutely over-fucking-played, over-haxxed  and ungodly monovalent as a character, with one of the most jarring and convoluted of revised ...I 'm sorry... "revealed" backstories.
Granted I should keep this for one time where I discuss Claremont's x-men stuff, but this is the proper opportunity to talk about Erik.
Way back in the UXM 150-151 "I, Magneto" , Magnus was fucking sinking a submarine to defend his domain ...RIGHT AFTER declaring his threats to various countries leaders. Then the X-men thwart his plan , then he starts to fight them and then PAF he K.Oes Kitty. THIS is exactly where he becomes a completely different character(and bear in mind that I have NO PROBLEM with a different interpretation... but within the SAME ISSUE ? Not even a story-arc after ?!).
It seems a tremendous leap in logic that Erik would go from homicidal and then , IMMEDIATELY, to remorseful and have the X-men basically let him flee. No, I am not making that shit up ! It left me THAT confused !

Now I'm all for having sympathetic villains, but I've never bought Magneto as such (maybe with the exceptions of the TAS and EVO versions...).The reason is simply that he constantly flaunts his tragic past as if I'm gonna automatically forgive him but... no, I fucking HATE it when someone begs for my sympathy. And yes that includes the time where he became the Headmaster of the New Mutants school (well at least that's an argument in favor of Generation X being by the TRUE Emma. So there's that...). And I really have to add that I find HILARIOUS how people get all shocked when Venom/Eddie Brock is written as an anti-hero (with his characterization CONSISTENT no less), and then start trashing the concept left and right BUT, Magneto as a "good guy "? They buy it like  discount pischi.

That's why as far as I am concerned, he's a 12-years old corpse waiting to be buried. He's ran his damn course eons ago...
